Responses are scored 1-5, normalized to 0-100 per pillar, and averaged into a composite score that maps to one of four readiness archetypes: Reactive & Vulnerable (0-25), Aware But Unprepared (26-45), Emerging Strategist (46-65), or Positioned For Acceleration (66-100).
