How is the ARETE Readiness Index score calculated?

Each respondent completes a 20-question instrument across five pillars - AI Readiness, Strategic Clarity, Systems Thinking, Digital Asset Ownership, and Income Resilience. Responses are scored 1-5, normalized to 0-100 per pillar, and averaged into a composite score that maps to one of four readiness archetypes: Reactive & Vulnerable (0-25), Aware But Unprepared (26-45), Emerging Strategist (46-65), or Positioned For Acceleration (66-100).

How often is the ARETE Readiness Index updated?

The aggregate index is recalculated monthly as new assessments are submitted. The methodology is reviewed every 6 months. The published page holds a dated snapshot so cited figures remain stable between updates.

Who conducts the ARETE Readiness assessment?

The professional assessment is self-administered through the 2030 Readiness Assessment instrument. Institutional assessments are conducted by ARETE's diagnostic team using the same five-pillar framework, extended with workflow audit and document review.
